Scott W. Balthaser

President and CEO

Scott has 41 years of experience in distribution operations and supply chain management, with the last 21 years being at Syntelic. His early industry experience was focused on private fleet routing, delivery scheduling, and transportation management. Scott joined Syntelic in 2003 as VP of Client Solutions, responsible for the sales of their Route Planning, Load Planning, and Transportation Analytics solutions. In 2011, Scott transitioned into the role of COO and assumed responsibility for all client-related activity, including the sales, implementation, and support of their solutions.

In 2018, Scott was promoted to President and CEO, responsible for all aspects of Syntelic.

Scott understands that each of Syntelic’s customers is unique and expects that each customer will use Syntelic’s solutions in a different way. While Syntelic designs, builds, and delivers a packaged software solution, Scott stresses to customers that the software is highly configurable and can be tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
